Should the accident happen and we have sent the wrong size or item, we will do our best to correct the error as soon as possible. We therefore hope that you will cooperate and help us fix the problem as easily as possible for both parties!
Here's how you do it:
1. Return form
CLICK HERE to complete the wrong delivery return form.
2. Select the category that fits your order
- If you have received a different size than the one on the order confirmation, you just have to choose which product it is.
- If it is a defective product, please write a short comment in the comment field. Remember to tie a knot on either the sleeve or the trouser leg if the item is defective.
3. Return label by mail
We will send a return label to your email within 24 hours after completing the return form, which you can put on the package and send back.
4. New shipment
We endeavor to send the correct item on the same day that we receive your package. In the event that we do not have the item in stock, you will be contacted by phone or email for further information.
