It can take up to 10 days from the time we have received your return package for the money to be in your account.

Money back: As soon as we receive your package, we will do our best to ensure that you receive the money as soon as possible. We endeavor to refund the amount on the same day as the package is received, although it may take up to 3 working days before the refund takes place. Furthermore, it may take 1-3 banking days before the money is available in your account. Please note that the processing time is from the moment we receive the package in stock.

The amount will be refunded back to the card used when you made the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the money to another account due to security reasons
